Most migrations take 4–12 weeks depending on complexity. A simple lift-and-shift for a small app can be done in two weeks. A full re-architecture with zero downtime for a complex product takes longer. We give you a realistic timeline after the free assessment — not a number pulled from thin air.
Our default approach is zero-downtime migration using blue-green deployments, staged rollouts, and instant rollback triggers. In rare cases where a brief maintenance window is unavoidable, we schedule it at the lowest-traffic period and keep it under 30 minutes.

Launch plan clients can start month-to-month. Scale and Mission plans typically start with a 3-month minimum to allow proper setup and optimisation. After the initial period, contracts roll monthly. Custom engagements are negotiated individually — we have had clients on 1-month and 2-year arrangements.
Mission and Custom plan clients get a dedicated on-call engineer reachable via PagerDuty and Slack. P1 incidents (full outage) get a response within 15 minutes. P2 (degraded performance) within 1 hour. We also set up runbooks for your own team so common incidents can be resolved without waiting for us.
